My name is Terese Millhouse, I am a Fatigue Recovery Coach. I suffered with viral-triggered Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (MECFS) for seven years and thyroid disease (hashimotos thyroiditis) for 20 years (See My Story Here).


I have been fully recovered from MECFS for almost two years and am naturally and consistently managing Hashimotos. I now work with other women like you, still struggling and suffering with chronic illness symptoms, such as:

    What's involved

    The Sanctuary of Balanced Wellness programs are my signature three month nurtured, and four week kickstarter, one-on-one coaching courses, covering the foundation and five pillars (see above graphic), to find your own personal Sanctuary of Balanced Wellness, and learn how to take back control of your health and heal naturally as nature intended!


    The FOUR WEEK course includes

  • Four 1 hour one-on-one online zoom consultations with me (or in person if local) to develop your 90 day goals and a personalised strategy to reach those goals (one each week);

  • Two 30 minute follow-up online consultations at the 60 day and 90 day mark;

  • Access to my Natural Wellness with Terese Facebook group that includes Live video trainings and posts covering various topics under the Sanctuary of Balanced Wellness Foundation and Five Pillars; along with additional easy DIY low tox house and body product swaps and meal/snack ideas that are simple, delicious and nutritious;

  • Unlimited one-on-one Voxer App Audio and Text communication throughout the Program

  • Content includes basic knowledge of:
